Booking requests
Submitting the website or WhatsApp form does not automatically confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only after Janet has accepted the date and time, confirmed the location and complete price, and acknowledged any required deposit.
Deposit
A deposit may be requested to secure selected appointments, longer rituals, distant locations or peak-time bookings. The amount and payment instructions will be provided before confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to move or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a retained deposit or a charge before a future booking is accepted.
Arrival and access
Clients should provide accurate building, estate, hotel, parking and security instructions. Delays caused by unavailable access may reduce the treatment time so subsequent appointments are not affected.
Health information
Share relevant injuries, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy and recent procedures before the appointment. Janet may decline or modify a treatment where it is not appropriate or where medical clearance is needed.
Professional conduct
Janet Wellness provides professional massage, beauty and wellness services only. Sexual, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate conduct results in immediate termination of the appointment and may still be charged.
Prices and travel
Published prices are treatment starting points. The complete price, including any agreed travel or special setup requirement, is confirmed before the booking is accepted.
